What you get
Document locker
Keep your marksheets, certificates, identity proofs and photographs in one private place. Add each document once and reuse it for every application.
Scan to PDF on your phone
Photograph a page, straighten and clean it, then save it as a neat PDF. Pictures are processed on your own device, and only the finished file is saved.
Merge pages into one file
Add several pages and they are assembled into a single PDF in the right order, so a college form gets one clean file.
Convert and shrink
Save as a PDF or a JPG picture and choose the size you need, from best quality down to about 50 KB, for portals that reject large files.
Applications and status
Start an application, choose the documents from your locker, and see which stage it has reached: form filling, registration, documents, choices, result and reporting.
Ask your counsellor
Send a request or a message and get the answer in your portal, with updates at each stage for you and your parents.
Your full record
Your profile, documents, applications and messages stay in one place, so you can always see what was sent and what is pending.
Private and under your control
Sign in with your mobile number and OTP. Your documents are yours, and you can replace or delete them.

Frequently asked questions
Is the student portal free?
Registering for the portal is free. Counselling fees, if any, are written down and shared before you pay.
How do I sign in?
You register with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP), read and accept the terms point by point, and then you receive your Student ID.
Are my documents safe?
Documents are stored in your private locker and shown only to you and your counsellor team. Photos are cleaned up and assembled on your own phone or computer, and only the finished file is saved. You can replace or delete a document any time.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. The portal and the scanner are built for phones, tablets and computers.
Does the portal guarantee admission?
No. It helps you stay organised and see your progress. Admissions are decided by colleges and counselling authorities.
Can my parents see my progress?
You can share updates with your parents, and your counsellor keeps parents informed at each stage as agreed with you.
