Only for services of Padhaidekho.in
This policy covers services bought from Padhaidekho.in only. Padhaidekho.com is a separate company; anything bought from it is governed by its own policies and is not refundable or reversible through us.
Principle
Every service has a written scope, fee and refund terms that you receive before you pay. That agreement is what applies to you; this page explains the general approach.
What is not refundable
- Fees you pay to colleges, universities, authorities or visa offices; these are governed by their own rules
- Work already delivered, as set out in your agreement
How to ask for a refund
- Write to us from your registered mobile number or email with your service details and reason
- We acknowledge your request and tell you the decision and timeline in writing
- Approved refunds are returned by the same method of payment where possible
Cancellations
You may cancel before the service starts or as your agreement allows. Cancellation terms, if any, are listed in the agreement.
Before you pay
- Ask for the written scope, the fee and the refund terms, and read them
- Pay only to the account or method named in your agreement
- Always take a receipt and keep it
Records to keep
- The written agreement and every receipt
- Messages that confirm what was promised, from our official numbers and email addresses only
If we cannot deliver a service as written
Your written agreement says what happens. Contact us at once and we will explain the options in writing.
Disputes
If you are unhappy with a decision, use our grievance process. See the Grievance redressal page.
Frequently asked questions
Can I get a refund if I do not get admission?
Our fee is for counselling work, time and expertise, not for an outcome, and no one can promise an admission. What is refundable, if anything, is set out in your written agreement.
Are college fees refundable through you?
No. College, university, authority and visa fees are paid to those bodies and follow their own rules. Read their refund and seat-leaving rules before you pay.
How do I ask for a refund?
Write to us from your registered mobile number or email with your service details and the reason. We acknowledge it and give you the decision and the timeline in writing.
Is the first consultation charged?
No. The first consultation is free.
