FAQs
Straight answers about counselling and our service.
Admissions
How do I choose between courses?
Start with your interests, eligibility, budget and long-term goals. Our guides and counsellors help you compare options on evidence.
How do I know the information on your site is current?
Guides carry a review date and point you to the official source. Rules change every cycle, so we always tell you to confirm on the official notice.
Do you list fees and cut-offs?
Only when they are verified with an official source and year. Otherwise we share them in writing after checking, not from memory.
Counselling
What is counselling and why do I need it?
Counselling is the process through which seats are allotted after entrance exams: registration, choice filling, allotment rounds and reporting. Good counselling helps you use that process well.
When should I contact you?
Ideally before results are announced, so documents, certificates and strategy are ready in time.
Do you fill my choices for me?
We build and review your ranked options with you. You approve the final list and we never lock choices without your approval.
Will you ask for my counselling password?
No. Never share passwords or OTPs with anyone, including us unless you choose to do so in a supervised session.
Documents
Which documents do I need?
It depends on your course and counselling. See our document checklist guide; your counsellor gives you a personalised list.
Is my data safe with you?
We collect only what we need, restrict access by role and record who accessed your file. See our Privacy policy.
Fees and payments
How much do your services cost?
Service scope and fees are shared in writing before you enrol. Nothing is charged for submitting an enquiry.
What is your refund policy?
Refund terms for each service are stated in the written service agreement before payment. See our Refund and cancellation page.
Do you take money on my behalf for college fees?
College and government fees should be paid directly through official channels. We do not collect them unless you give a written authorisation and receive a receipt.
General
Do you guarantee admission?
No. Admission depends on the official counselling authority, your eligibility and merit. We guide you; we do not promise outcomes.
Which courses do you cover?
In India: medical, engineering, management, computer applications, commerce, arts and science, law, pharmacy, agriculture and hotel management at UG and PG level. Abroad: MBBS only.
Who are your counsellors?
Our counsellors are trained to work from official notices for each cycle. Your assigned counsellor and contact route are shown in your student portal.
Can parents be involved?
Yes. We encourage it. Parents can join consultations and receive updates; access to the portal follows the permissions you give.
MBBS Abroad
Is MBBS abroad valid in India?
It can be, if the university and programme meet current National Medical Commission requirements for your year of admission and you qualify the screening exam for foreign graduates. We check this before you pay.
Which countries do you work with?
We share the shortlist with sources after your eligibility check. We do not publish unverified lists.
Is NEET required for MBBS abroad?
Under the NMC guidelines for Indian students, qualifying NEET is required. Rules are updated from time to time, so we confirm the current position with you.

How do I sign in to the student portal?

How do I make a complaint?
